ARCHIVE DESIGN STUDIOS WARRANTY
We design our luggage to travel. That means quality materials, considered construction and components built to go the distance.
If something isn’t right because of a manufacturing fault, we’ve got you covered for 12 months.
WHAT WE COVER
- Manufacturing Defects
Archive Design Studios prides itself on the quality, materials and workmanship of every product we make.
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects including faulty zips, handles, wheels and other components that fail as a result of a manufacturing fault.
Where a valid warranty claim is accepted, we will replace the affected item at our discretion.
- Lock Systems
Keeping your belongings secure is important to us, which is why Archive Design Studios suitcases are fitted with integrated TSA-approved combination locks.
If you receive your suitcase and the lock is faulty or not functioning correctly, please contact us and we’ll arrange a replacement or suitable resolution as quickly as possible.
WHAT WE DON’T COVER
Our warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents or damage that occurs while your luggage is in the care of an airline, airport, courier or other third party.
Unfortunately, airline transit damage is outside of our control and cannot be covered under our warranty.
If your luggage is damaged during a flight, we recommend reporting the damage to the airline before leaving the airport wherever possible. You may also be able to make a claim through your travel insurance provider.
PURCHASES FROM ARCHIVE DESIGN STUDIOS STOCKISTS
Our Archive Design Studios Warranty applies to products purchased directly from Archive Design Studios or from one of our authorised retail partners.
If your Archive product was purchased from a third-party retailer, your statutory consumer rights remain with the retailer from whom the product was purchased.
In addition to those statutory rights, eligible products purchased from an authorised Archive Design Studios stockist are covered by our manufacturer’s warranty.
To make a warranty claim directly with Archive Design Studios, we may require proof of purchase showing the original purchase date and authorised retailer.
Our warranty is provided in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory consumer rights.
